What is your return policy?
We will happily replace or refund any unopened,
unused Kendamas if you contact us within 14 days
of your original purchase. We are unable to offer
replacements or refunds because of chipped paint,
dents, dings, or other cosmetic blemishes due to use
by the Kendama player. If you have a return, exchange,

How much does shipping and handling cost?
S&H within the United States and Canada is $3.95.
For all other countries, shipping is a flat rate
of $8.50.
**Prices are for a single kendama; prices for
multiple items will increase accordingly.

What forms of payment do you accept?We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, and Discover, via PayPal.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship all orders same day when placed by
1pm MST, Monday - Friday. Orders received after 1pm
will be shipped out the next business day. Most orders
tend to arrive within 4-7 business days. International
orders take about 10-14 business days. We’ll send you
a confirmation email with tracking information once
your order ships out. Delivery times are subject to
USPS holidays.
